Frequently asked
Everything you want to know before you book.
How many people can fit on the bus?
Our bus holds a maximum of 12 passengers — this is a hard limit set by law. We can't make exceptions, so please plan your group accordingly.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes — Bus-ta Move is fully BYOB. Bring whatever you want to drink. We don't provide alcohol or a cooler, so pack a bag or bring a small cooler of your own. If any passengers are under 21, it is your responsibility to ensure they don't consume alcohol. Please, no glass bottles.
What's on the bus?
A loud speaker system so the music hits right, and a big-screen TV you can connect to your phone and project whatever you want — playlist visuals, slideshows, games, whatever fits the vibe. It's no frills, all fun.
What's your cancellation policy?
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 30+ days out, that's all you owe. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to additional fees — full details are in your booking agreement.
Can we choose our route and stops?
Absolutely. We know Kansas City — from the Power & Light District to the Plaza to Westport — and we'll work with you to plan the perfect route. Just share your stops when you book.
What happens if we go over our booked time?
Overtime is charged at $150/hr, billed in 30-minute increments. If you think you'll need more time, it's always better to book it upfront — we can usually accommodate if the schedule allows.
How do I officially book?
Fill out our quick request form and we'll confirm your date is available. We'll follow up with a booking agreement and payment link. Once your deposit clears, you're locked in. Easy.
